BECOME A TENANT
EXPLORE OUR TENANCY OPTIONS
A virtual tenancy for a nonprofit is $100 per month.
A virtual tenancy for a for-profit is $250 per month.
Virtual desk tenants receive 6 hours of free meeting space monthly, with additional hours starting at $20/hr. Optional add-ons include a mailing address for $25/month and daily rates for desk use ($20/day) or office use ($40/day).
No need for a full-time desk? Try a Hot Desk! These desks are located in shared suites and available for unlimited drop-in usage. Enjoy all of our benefits and amenities.
A hot desk for a nonprofit is $250 per month.
A hot desk for a for-profit is $365 per month.
Hot desk tenants receive 12 hours of free meeting space monthly, with additional hours starting at $20/hr. Upgrade to a private office for $20/day or add on a mailing address for $25/month.
A desk to call your own! Our dedicated desks are located in shared suites alongside other changemaking tenants. Enjoy storage, hard-wired internet and all of The Alliance Center’s benefits and amenities, including access to our 16 conference rooms!

A private office for a for-profit is $1,375 per month.

Junior Suite
Only one left! Secure a private space for your entire team with one of our junior suites. A mix of 8 desks and one private office, the junior suite comes with all building and community benefits, unlimited conference room access, 24/7 access to the building, discounted event space rates and more.
